You must manage and administer your body and mind, as well as apply Dhamma in your daily life. Gautam Buddha taught with clarity and honesty, which we should implement in our lives today.
For beginners and intermediate level students who want to take a break from their busy lives, Real Happiness Meditation School provides a 10-day Vipassana Training. If you want the greatest results, the course is pre-planned and cannot be altered. We ensure that you stay in a tidy and clean environment, such as a homestay with an open kitchen, library, yoga hall, and other essential amenities.
Kayanupassana, Vedananupassana, Cittanupassana, and Dhammanupassana are the four phases of the Vipassana course. We work on the Body for two days in the first section, studying its behaviours and attempting to learn how to regulate and lead them in the appropriate path. We work on feelings in the second half, observing them and reacting accordingly. We work on the mind in the third section, observing it and attempting to control and learn how to regulate it. We work on Dhamma in the fourth part and endeavour to improve people's lives.
The four portions are divided into two days per day, with one day being completely turned off and the other being completely silent (Mauna). The meditation participant will be separated from his or her phone, laptop, tablet, or other communication device. Vipassana practise will provide you with a life-changing opportunity that will not only complete your past but also provide you a better perspective for the future.
We require tremendous attention, thorough listening and understanding, a no-argument attitude, no ego, and the ability to accept nature's creations and flow with life easily for the course.
